Important information about deliveries over the Christmas period

We pride ourselves on our high quality delivery service which is why you can only buy items from us that we physically hold in our warehouse.

What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. This Tribe uses postal and selected courier services to make sure that you get the best service and price.

For UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, excluding the 'islands and highlands' (48 hour service available), we offer three delivery services; Free / Economy, Rapid and Next Day.

Rapid and Next Day orders placed before 1500hrs Monday to Thursday are guaranteed to despatch the same day.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered on orders over £5 to all mainland UK addresses except the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man benefit from free delivery for packages over £5 and under 2kg.

Shipping Calculator

From your shopping basket you will be able to use our Shipping Costs Calculator to see the costs of the three options. When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like.

Unfortunately some parts of the UK, such as Northern Ireland and some Scottish islands, have additional costs and/or delivery may be slightly slower. This will be shown in the Shipping Costs Calculator and when you check out.

Pse note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available to sign for delivery.

Overseas Deliveries

We deliver to most European countries (including Cyprus) using Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Interlink courier services.

To check costs and whether we deliver to your country please use our shipping calculator which is available from your shopping basket once you have added something to the basket.

BFPO Shipping

We have designed our system to make tax free shopping to qualifiying British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses as simple as possible - full details here.

Unfortunately due to the additional costs that the MoD charges commercial users for delivery to BFPO addresses we are unable to offer free shipping at this time. Can we suggest you contact your MP?
